# The White Moss Landfill Order 2015, Paragraph 24: Topographical survey

Extent: E+W

A topographical survey must be submitted to the county planning authority on or before 31st October in every year until the end of the aftercare period referred to in requirement 7 of this Order. The survey must have been carried out within 2 months preceding the date of the submission and must consist of a plan drawn to a scale of not less than 1:1250 which identifies all surface features on the application land and is contoured at 1 metre intervals, relating to Ordnance Datum over all the application land where waste has been deposited.
