# The White Moss Landfill Order 2015, Paragraph 28: Fencing

Extent: E+W

The fencing, including the gates at the site entrance, specified in section 5 of the environmental statement must be maintained and/or erected on the application land in accordance with the landscaping, restoration, habitat management and aftercare scheme listed in requirement 11 (4) prior to the commencement of the authorised project and must be maintained as necessary for the duration of the authorised project. Any temporary fencing is to be removed on completion of the authorised project.
