# The White Moss Landfill Order 2015, Paragraph 30: Hours of operation

Extent: E+W

All mineral extraction and landfill construction operations, delivery of waste, waste treatment, waste disposal, levelling and restoration operations, and any associated activities must be restricted to between the hours of 07.30 and 18.30 on Mondays to Fridays and 08.00 and 12.00 on Saturdays, with no such operations being carried out on the application land on Sundays or public holidays.
(1) Essential repairs to plant and machinery may be carried out outside of the authorised times of operation.
(2) Environmental management infrastructure including infrastructure for the management of water, leachate and landfill gas may operate continuously.
