# The White Moss Landfill Order 2015, Paragraph 8: Japanese Knotweed

Extent: E+W

Prior to the commencement of the activities in Phase B of the authorised project (as shown on the works plan) a scheme for the eradication of any Japanese Knotweed identified in phase B must be submitted for approval by the county planning authority. The extent of the Japanese Knotweed in Phase B must be confirmed and detailed as part of the preparation of the scheme. The approved scheme must be implemented prior to the commencement of the activities of Phase B and thereafter the measures must be implemented throughout the period of the development if required.
