Section 1 Short title, commencement and citation

This Act may be cited as the Whitehaven Harbour Act 2007.

(2)

This Act shall come into force 30 days after it has received Royal Assent.

(3)

The Whitehaven Town and Harbour Acts and Orders 1708 to 2002 and this Act may be cited together as the Whitehaven Town and Harbour Acts and Orders 1708 to 2007.
