# The Whitehaven Harbour Revision Order 1991, Article 2: Amendment of article 13 of Scheme of 1894


Paragraph (a) of article 13 of the Borough and Harbour of Whitehaven Scheme 1894(which precludes any woman being appointed or elected as a Harbour Commissioner) shall cease to have effect.
