  "text": "(1) This Order may be cited as the Whitehaven Harbour Revision Order 1996 and shall come into force on 8th July 1996.\n(2) The Whitehaven Town and Harbour Acts and Orders 1708 to 1991 and this Order may be cited together as the Whitehaven Town and Harbour Acts and Orders 1708 to 1996.",
