# The Whiteness Marina Harbour Revision Order 2008, Article 18: General powers of Company in respect of marina

Extent: S

(1) The Company may improve, maintain, regulate, manage, mark and light the marina and provide accommodation and marina facilities therein.
(2) The powers conferred by this article are without prejudice to any powers of the Company under or by virtue of any other enactment (including any other provision of this Order).
