# The Whiteness Marina Harbour Revision Order 2008, Article 26: Failure to comply with directions

The master of a vessel who fails without reasonable excuse to comply with a general direction or a special direction shall be guilty of an offence and liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding level 2 on the standard scale.
