# The Whiteness Marina Harbour Revision Order 2008, Article 28: Exemptions, rebates, etc., in respect of charges

Extent: S

(1) The Company may confer total or partial exemption from, allow rebates to or make compositions with any person with respect to, charges and may vary or extinguish any such exemption or composition.
(2) In this article, “charges” means any charges (other than ship, passenger and goods dues) which are exigible by the Company as the harbour authority for the marina.
