  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order reconstitutes the Wick Harbour Trustees as from 1st July 2005. It provides for the renamed Wick Harbour Authority to consist of a body of 7 Members with experience in relevant matters, of which one Member will be the harbour master. The Order includes other provisions with regard to the Harbour Constitution and repeals or revokes certain statutory provisions.",
