# The Wick Harbour Revision (Constitution) Order 2005, Paragraph 20


Deeds and documents requiring to be executed on behalf of the Members shall be executed in accordance with the Requirements of Writing (Scotland) Act 1995, Schedule 2, paragraph 5.
