# The Wick Harbour Revision (Constitution) Order 2005, Paragraph 6


Subject to paragraph 7 below, every vice chairman subsequently appointed under paragraph 4 above shall, unless having resigned office as vice chairman or having ceased to be a Member, hold office for a period of three years.
