  "heading": "Offence to use wild animals in travelling circuses",
  "text": "(1) A person who is an operator of a travelling circus commits an offence if the person uses, or causes or permits another person to use, a wild animal in the travelling circus in Wales.\n(2) For the purpose of this section, a wild animal is used if the animal—\n(a) performs, or\n(b) is exhibited.\n(3) A person guilty of an offence under subsection (1) is liable on summary conviction to a fine.",
