  "heading": "Notice of species control orders",
  "text": "(1) A relevant body making a species control order must give notice of the making of the order—\n(a) to the owner and any occupier of the premises to which the order relates; and\n(b) where the relevant body is a body other than the Scottish Ministers, to the Scottish Ministers.\n(2) Notice must—\n(a) be in writing;\n(b) specify the relevant body's reasons for making the order;\n(c) attach a copy of the order; and\n(d) where the order is an emergency species control order, state that fact.",
