  "text": "A person who, for the purposes of obtaining, whether for himself or another, registration in accordance with regulations made under Article 7(2) or 13(2) or the grant of a licence under Article 18 or 21—\n(a) makes a statement or representation, or furnishes a document or information, which he knows to be false in a material particular; or\n(b) recklessly makes a statement or representation, or furnishes a document or information, which is false in a material particular,\n. . . shall be guilty of an offence.",
