# Wiltshire College (Incorporation) Order 2000, Article 2


There shall be established as from the commencement date a body corporate called “Wiltshire College”, for the purpose of establishing and conducting as from the operative date a new educational institution of that name (to be formed by the merger of Chippenham College, Lackham College, Wiltshire, and Trowbridge College).
