Regulation 1 Citation, commencement and extent

These Regulations may be cited as the Windsor Framework (Retail Movement Scheme) Regulations 2023.

(2)

These Regulations come into force—

(a)

for the purposes of this Part and Part 2, on 1st September 2023;

(b)

for all other purposes, on 1st October 2023.

(3)

These Regulations extend to England and Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.
