# The Windsor Framework (Retail Movement Scheme) Regulations 2023, Regulation 4: Approval to move specified retail goods into Northern Ireland


Where the Secretary of State is satisfied that there would be no relevant potential risk if the specified retail goods referred to in regulation 3(6)(c) were moved into Northern Ireland by the applicant, the Secretary of State must approve the applicant as a person who may move such goods into Northern Ireland under the Scheme.
