# The Wine (Amendment) Regulations 2019, Regulation 9: Amendment to regulation 14 (offences)


(1) Regulation 14 is amended as follows.
(2) For paragraph (1)(e) substitute—
“(e) Article 29 of Commission Regulation (EU) 2018/273 (which requires operations to be recorded in the register).”.
