Regulation 1 Citation, commencement, extent and application

These Regulations may be cited as the Wine (Amendment) Regulations 2021 and come into force on 1st January 2022.

(2)

Part 1, regulations 2 and 3, Part 3 and the Schedule extend to England and Wales and Scotland.

(3)

Regulation 4 extends to England and Wales and applies in relation to England only.
