# The Wine Regulations 2011, Regulation 1: Title, commencement and extent

(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Wine Regulations 2011.
(2) They come into force on 30th December 2011.
(3) In regulation 19, an amendment of an enactment has the same extent as that enactment ...
(4) All the other provisions extend to Great Britain.
