# Wireless Telegraphy Act 2006, Paragraph 4

Where OFCOM propose to refuse a licence they must—
(a) give to the applicant the reasons for the proposed refusal;
(b) specify a period of not less than 30 days within which representations about the proposed refusal may be made.
