  "text": "In this Schedule “relevant officer” means—\n(a) in relation to England and Wales, the designated officer for the magistrates' court;\n(b) in relation to Scotland, the clerk of court; and\n(c) in relation to Northern Ireland, the clerk of petty sessions.",
