# Wireless Telegraphy Act 2006, Paragraph 13


In this Schedule “relevant officer” means—
(a) in relation to England and Wales, the designated officer for the magistrates' court;
(b) in relation to Scotland, the clerk of court; and
(c) in relation to Northern Ireland, the clerk of petty sessions.
