# Wireless Telegraphy Act 2006, Paragraph 18


In section 42 of that Act (licences under Part 2 of that Act) in subsection (7)(a), for “a licence under section 1 of the Wireless Telegraphy Act 1949” substitute “ a licence under section 8 of the Wireless Telegraphy Act 2006 ”.
