# Wireless Telegraphy Act 2006, Paragraph 19


In section 108 of the Police Act 1997 (interpretation of Part 3) in subsection (1), in the definition of “wireless telegraphy”, for “the Wireless Telegraphy Act 1949” substitute “ the Wireless Telegraphy Act 2006 ”.
