# Wireless Telegraphy Act 2006, Paragraph 4


In section 190 of the Port of London Act 1968 (saving for Wireless Telegraphy Act 1949 etc) in subsection (1), for the words from “apparatus for” to “Act 1949” substitute “ wireless telegraphy apparatus (within the meaning of the Wireless Telegraphy Act 2006) ”.
