# Wireless Telegraphy Act 2006, Paragraph 6


In section 53 of the Thames Barrier and Flood Prevention Act 1972 (saving for Wireless Telegraphy Act 1949) for the words from “apparatus for” to “Act 1949” substitute “ wireless telegraphy apparatus (within the meaning of the Wireless Telegraphy Act 2006) ”.
