# Wireless Telegraphy Act 2006, Paragraph 7


In section 9 of the Road Traffic (Driver Licensing and Information Systems) Act 1989 (requirement for licence to operate driver information system) in subsection (3)(a), for “a licence under section 1 of the Wireless Telegraphy Act 1949” substitute “ a licence under section 8 of the Wireless Telegraphy Act 2006 ”.
