  "text": "(1) Fines imposed in respect of offences falling within subsection (2) are to be paid into the Consolidated Fund.\n(2) The offences are offences committed in Scotland under—\n(a) Part 2;\n(b) Part 3;\n(c) section 98;\n(d) section 100;\n(e) paragraph 5 of Schedule 5.",
