# The Wireless Telegraphy Apparatus (Approval) (Test Fees) Order 1988, Article 2: Interpretation


In this Order,“apparatus” means wireless telegraphy apparatus or apparatus designed or adapted for use in connection with wireless telegraphy apparatus.
