# The Wireless Telegraphy Apparatus (Approval) (Test Fees) Order 1988, Article 4: Test fees


Schedule 1 shall have effect for the purposes of setting the scale of test charges applicable to the charging of fees pursuant to this Order and the points on that scale, and“scale” and“point” shall be construed accordingly.
