# The Wireless Telegraphy Apparatus (Approval) (Test Fees) Order 1990, Article 1: Citation and commencement


This Order may be cited as the Wireless Telegraphy Apparatus (Approval) (Test Fees) Order 1990 and shall come into force on 12th April 1990.
