Article 11 Decision of tribunal

(1)

The decision of the tribunal shall be stated in writing and be signed by the President.

(2)

The written statement of the decision shall include the facts as found by the tribunal and the reasons for the decision.

(3)

The President shall cause a copy of the decision to be sent to each party to the reference.
