The Secretary of State, in exercise of the power conferred on him by paragraph 6 of the Second Schedule to the Wireless Telegraphy Act 1949, and after consultation with the Council on Tribunals in accordance with section 8(1) of the Tribunals and Inquiries Act 1992, hereby makes the following Rules—
