  "text": "TELEGRAPHS\nMade 19th September 2001\nLaid before Parliament 20th September 2001\nComing into force 11th October 2001\nWhereas the Secretary of State has published in the London, Edinburgh and Belfast Gazettes the notice required by section 6(2) of the Wireless Telegraphy Act 1998 and no representations were made to her within the time specified in that notice;\nNow, therefore, the Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 3 and 6 of the Wireless Telegraphy Act 1998 as enacted, hereby makes the following Regulations:",
