# The Wireless Telegraphy (Dynamic Spectrum Access Devices) (Exemption) Regulations 2026, Regulation 3: Exemption


The establishment, installation and use of a dynamic spectrum access device is hereby exempt from the provisions of section 8(1) of the Act where the other terms, provisions and limitations in these regulations are met.
