Regulation 6 Standard power access point transmission requirements

A standard power access point must only operate within the frequency band 5925 to 7125 MHz—

(a)

after receiving operational parameters (directly or indirectly) from an AFC system; and

(b)

in accordance with the limitations of those operational parameters.
