  "text": "(This note is not part of the Regulations)\nThese Regulations amend the Wireless Telegraphy (Exemption) Regulations 2021 (S.I. 2021/493) (“the 2021 Regulations”). The 2021 Regulations exempt the establishment, installation and use of wireless telegraphy stations or apparatus which comply with certain terms, provisions and limitations, from the requirement to be licensed under section 8(1) of the Wireless Telegraphy Act 2006 (c. 36).\nRegulation 2(3) amends the 2021 Regulations to change the publication date of technical interface requirement document IR 2030, published by OFCOM which relates to short range devices.\nThe interface requirement document is published by OFCOM and is available from OFCOM’s website at https://www.ofcom.org.uk/siteassets/resources/documents/spectrum/interface-requirements/ir-2030.pdf?v=426935. Hard copies of the document can be obtained by writing to OFCOM at Riverside House, 2a Southwark Bridge Road, London SE1 9HA.\nA full regulatory impact assessment of the effect of these Regulations is available to the public from OFCOM’s website at www.ofcom.org.uk.
