# The Wireless Telegraphy (Exemption) (Amendment) (No. 3) Regulations 2026, Regulation 2: Amendment of the Wireless Telegraphy (Exemption) Regulations 2021


(1) The Wireless Telegraphy (Exemption) Regulations 2021 are amended as follows.
(2) In regulation 4 (Short range devices) for “in April 2026, is exempt” substitute “in October 2026, is exempt”.
