  "text": "The exemption provided for by the said Regulations in the case of apparatus described in regulation 2 above is subject to the term that it shall comply with UK Radio Interface Requirement 2005 for Wideband transmission Systems operating in the 2.4 GHz ISM Band and Using Spread Spectrum Modulation Techniques, published by the Radiocommunications Agency of the Department of Trade and Industry in March 2000.",
