Paragraph 25 Video Distribution For Private Use

Wireless telegraphy apparatus designed or adapted–

(a)

for Television, so as to be capable of use only within the frequency band, and at a radiated level not exceeding the maximum for such frequency band, specified in the table below and subject to the following sub-paragraphs;

(b)

where required, associated Telephony may also be used within the specified frequency band;

(c)

music and speech are only permitted when associated with the video application–
