Paragraph 7 Short Range Indoor Data Links
Wireless telegraphy apparatus designed or adapted–
(a)
for the provision of short range data links, so as to be capable of use only within either of the frequency bands, and at a radiated level not exceeding the maximum for such frequency bands, specified in the table below and subject to the following sub-paragraph;
(b)
analogue speech is not permitted–
