Handportable wireless telegraphy apparatus with an integral antenna designed or adapted in accordance with ETS 300 296–
(a)
to be used only for short range voice communication; and
(b)
to be capable of use only on one or more of the frequencies, and at a power not exceeding the maximum erp for such frequencies, specified in the table below–
