  "text": "TELEGRAPHS\nMade 20th January 2003\nLaid before Parliament 21st January 2003\nComing into force 12th February 2003\nThe Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 1(1) and 3(1)(a) and (b) of the Wireless Telegraphy Act 1949 and now vested in her, the power conferred on her by section 84(1)(b) of the Telecommunications Act 1984, and of all other powers enabling her in that behalf, hereby makes the following Regulations—",
