Cellular radiotelephone systems licensed for use in the following services on the relevant frequency bands—
(a) digital cellular radiotelephones:
Global System for Mobile Communications (GSM):
880–915 MHz (MTx)
925–960 MHz (BTx)
(b) digital cellular PCN radiotelephones:
Personal Communications Network (PCN):
1710–1785 MHz (MTx)
1805–1880 MHz (BTx)
(c) Universal Mobile Telephony System radiotelephones (UMTS):
1899.9–1920 MHz (BTx/MTx in TDD)
1920–1980 MHz (MTx)
2110–2170 MHz (BTx)
