Part I INTERPRETATION

In this Schedule—

  • “data message” means a non-voice message;

  • “MPTs 1322, 1334, 1371 and 1384” means Department of Trade and Industry Performance Specifications 1322, 1334, 1371 and 1384 referred to in Part IV of this Schedule; and

  • “prescribed apparatus” means a station or apparatus described in the Interface Requirement referred to in Part III of this Schedule.
