# The Wireless Telegraphy (Fixed Penalty) Regulations 2011, Regulation 2: Fixed penalty offence


These Regulations apply to any offence under the Wireless Telegraphy Act 2006 (other than Part 4) which is a summary offence and which is committed after these Regulations come into force.
