The Queen s Most Excellent Majesty in Council
Her Majesty, in pursuance of section 20(3) of the Wireless Telegraphy Act 1949, section10 of the Marine, &c., Broadcasting (Offences) Act 1967, section 108 of the Telecommunications Act 1984and section 204(6) of the Broadcasting Act 1990, is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order, and it is hereby ordered, as follows:
